I am looking forward to adding in not just the activity but the metabolic training and nutrition counseling.
I have been dancing for 8 years and started with Latin from a Cuban. What a great way to have fun and control weight or loose it. I can be found at Shift or around the cities dancing to anything.
Great program with lots of variety from kick boxing, squats, belly dance to improv. You never knew what was coming up but it was better all the time.
