Work off those chocolate covered strawberries and your Valentine's day dinner with DanceFitWalk on Saturday at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena.
We'll be DanceFitWalking around the Rose Bowl Stadium grounds. It is a 3 mile lap around. DFW at the Rose bowl is so awesome!
Come and give it a try, it will be lots of fun!
Strongly Suggested Items to Bring:
• Gloves (For working on the ground)
• Bottle of water or electrolyte drink
• Fanny pack (to hold your bottle, keys, etc.)
• Athletic shoes
• Heart rate monitor
• Hat and/or sunblock
• Wear layers for cold weather
Also, don't forget to eat something an hour to 30 mins prior to working out.
You can park in Lot F or any other nearby lot
Please arrive 10 minutes early. We will have liability waiver forms for first timers. You may print and fill out the forms ahead of time. Find them in the More section under Files.
