Dance Freedom and Dance Friday are on-going participatory dances held every Wednesday and Friday.

People dance creatively, alone, with a partner or with many others. DJ music guides the dance, weaving together current, world, classic, and spiritual sounds. Both dances are safe places to share your energy and make new friends. No shoes, alcohol, or smoking are allowed. Respect for others is essential.

Dance Freedom is held every Wednesday from 7:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m at the First Congregational Church, Mason and Garden Streets, Cambridge, MA, 02138. Ages 18+ are welcome. Admission is on a sliding scale of $10 - $15.

Dance Friday takes place every Friday from 8:00 pm - midnight at the First Parish Cambridge Unitarian Universalist Church at 3 Church St., Cambridge, MA. All ages are welcome; children must be accompanied by a supervising adult. Suggested donation is on a sliding scale of $10 - $15, $5 - 15 for teens through young adults (22). Children 12 and under are free with adult supervision.

Dance Freedom and Dance Friday are activities of the non-profit Movement Collective.
