Hello dancing love bugs,
We had a special request to schedule in an extra dance walking session for next week Tuesday, since clearly every 2 weeks dance walking is not enough (...we so agree!!)
This time we're changing the location from our current starting point of Piccadilly Circus to Camden Town, right outside the Camden Town tube stop. This gives us a change of scenery and the option to spread our lovely energy to different places in London and we believe that Camden Town is a perfect spot for the love bugs to be let loose and go wild!
We are starting our dance walking adventure from 7.30 pm - 9.30 pm (1 hour later as usual) and will finish it off with optional snacks at Inspiral in Camden.
If you like to color your face or have a funky outfit, feel free to spice up your outfit and make your dance walking experience even more special on this special Camden Dance Walking occasion.
What is Dance Walking?
Dance Walking is an art of self expression where we let our soul and body move us freely to music whilst dancing and walking through beautiful parts of London. It's about being courageous, stepping into your light, freeing yourself and by doing so inspiring others to shine and express themselves freely as well.
Why Dance Walking?
We have started Dance Walking in summer 2012 after seeing this video from Ben Aaron who found a guy dance walking on the pedestrian walk in NY. When we saw this video, we too got inspired and wanted to take dance walking to the next level by getting groups together and dance walk through London listening to the same music. The idea behind Dance Walking is about letting go of fear, self judgment and inhibitions, having fun and spreading the love...and did we mention it's so much FUN!
We found dance walking to be beneficial if you are:
- looking for a way to overcome your fears and inhibitions through dance
- like to feel more comfortable in public
- just looking for a way to express more joy in your life
- love dancing
- love meeting new people
- love exploring London
- love spreading Love
- love to discover yourself from new
Did you know that dancing itself:

- increases energy and serotonin
- improves flexibility, strength, balance and endurance
- strengthens bones and boosts cardiovascular health

How does it all work?
We meet at outside Camden Tube station and from there dance walk through London! Before the event, make sure to download the soundtrack onto your MP3 player or I-pod which we announce the weekend prior to the event so we can dance walk to the same music together! Once we're all ready assembled, we set our intention for the dance walk session and then together hit the play button and start moving freely through London.
A little tip on the way: During our dance walking sessions in 2012 we have found it's best to focus on yourself and your own self expression and whilst doing so you might find some lovely souls on the way who want to join in and dance walk a little with you. Feel free to greet any welcoming souls on the way with a little "dance walk wiggle".
All that's left to do now is click on the"RSVP" button and say "Yes" to yourself!
Where: We meet at Camden Town Tube stop at 7.30pm just outside the station to your right.

What to wear: Comfortable clothes and sporty shoes, bring a bottle of water and try to carry as less items as possible with you, the smaller your bag the more free you are dance walking. Bring your I-phone or MP3 player with you and make sure to download the soundtrack before hand. Since it's a special edition of Dance Walking, feel free to dress up in funky clothes or color your face :-)

Donations: We are currently doing our beautiful dance walk events for FREE. What started out with fun and laughter is now a platform for people to transform their inner most fears and dance them out in public. In order to keep promoting our dance walk events in the future and attract new love bugs, we'd like to ask for your support in covering our membership fee and time to create the play list and edit videos.
