Huntington Beach Dog Beach

It's time for another trip to the most popular ''waterfront'' spot there is around -- dog beach in Huntington Beach! Come join us this Sunday morning to watch Danes of all colors, ages and sizes play in the waves and romp in the sand. The Long Beach group will be there too!

To make it worth the drive from the valley, we usually stay there 3 to 4 hours, unless sun or rain chases us away. Longer hours mean YOU CAN SHOW UP LATE, yet won't miss the fun, but there's a chance you won's see everyone who attended...

We will meet south (east) from the tower #26. The closest parking spot is the northernmost parking lot north of Goldenwest St. (or the very 1st lot if you are coming from Seapoint St.) Once you walk down the ramp from the parking lot to the beach, turn left towards the pier (and away from the tower) and look for the big dogs. We'll be a hundred+ yards ahead.

Parking is $1.50/hour and sometimes hard to find right away, but the line moves rather quickly. Both quarters and credit cards are accepted. Make sure to bring plenty of water for your dogs and yourself.

See you there!

*** There is no need to RSVP "NO" ***

for this or any other of our meetups UNLESS you’re making a comment along with it, or simply changing your "yes" to "no". Your comments are always appreciated, as they tell me you are otherwise interested in the venue or activity, and this does help me plan our future meetups. Otherwise, if you are not saying "yes", it is perfectly understood you’re not coming. THANK YOU!!

We had to leave awfully early today, so I don't have pictures of all who attended....:(
