Thanks for sharing that, you have met a few of the students that were interviewed and Jon and I participated in the process of getting students to attend the luncheons. My impressions of Taunton's methods of inquiry were prejudiced toward the secular students not having a firm grasp of their lack of faith. He seemed to be looking for a failure in the students' churches as the reason for a departure from their religious upbringing and in doing so made any further dialogue with Taunton to be a unproductive exercise thus ending a prolonged inquiry. Fixed Point seemed genuine in the quest for understanding so perhaps they will try a different approach in the future.
