What is funnier and more heartwarming than watching our Dachshunds run! Let's get together and watch them play! I would like to meet monthly. Or perhaps even bi-monthly! It's nice to have choices!
I also Have A Dream -and I would like to make it clear that you can choose to be involved a little, a lot, or not at all. The focus here is for our Doxies to play, and eventually race in the Big Race, if you like.
My Dream is to have a (huge) Marin County Wiener Nationals Event! The next best part is that we will donate to the impressive Ambassador's of Hope and Opportunity Organization. You may have seen the article in the paper a while back. It supports the large population of kids, age 18-25 who are Homeless. They need all the help they can get. Let's help them AND have loads of fun while we're doing it! A WIN WIN for all!
