CodeAcross: An Open Data joint event with Code for Atlanta

Data Science ATL and Code for Atlanta, the local brigade of Code for America, bring CodeAcross, a slate of events taking place in 50+ cities across the world celebrating International Open Data Day. Developers, designers, data geeks, policy nerds, government staff, and anyone with the passion to make Atlanta better will work together to improve their communities using the people and power of open data.

#CodeAcross Atlanta will look toward taking the open government movement “beyond transparency,” by focusing on not only making data open, but also actionable. We'll cover three themes related to Open Data: Assessment, Ideation, and Hacking.
