Sorry Guys about the meeting cancellation/move out. My office (BMI) shut down for the day because of the weather. This is REALLY rare for BMI, so it probably won't happen again. I hope everyone is safe and has power!

How I feel when a meeting gets moved a month out: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cdEQmpVIE4A

    Just kidding, stay safe all!

I am struggling with how to manage the wait list. We had around 50% of people who RSVP'ed show up to the last meet up. I may send out a survey to see if folks would be open to paying a small fee ($1 - $2) to keep the no shows to a minimum. I need to balance the RSVP list, the RSVP no show rate, and the number of seats we have in the room.

Also, I would like to send a thank you out to all the folks who tried to reach me via other means (email, linked in messages, etc.) I really appreciate letting me know so I could have made more spots available.

Is it absolutely necessary to cap the attendance for these meetings? I just saw this today (been out of the loop on Meetup for a while) and would really like to attend if possible.

This is not an R programming presentation, so all are welcome whether you use R, Python, Java, SQL, or whatever.

Is it OK if a python guy attends? Should I wear a disguise?
