What is your favorite tool for visualizing data?

ESRI ArcGIS 10.1

Do you think data visualization is more of an art or more of a science? Why?

For me visualizing data is more of a science than an art. I think of it is a more of a science because I utilize it in interpreting trends, explanations, and solving problems.
