The Nuts and Bolts of Natural Language Processing Using Python/NLTK and R

Please RSVP at the Statistical Programming DC event page:

Our July 2014 meetup will be a joint event co-hosted by DC Natural Language Processing and Statistical Programming DC. All three groups share a common interest in NLP and we're teaming up for this summer meetup!

We will be talking about the nuts and bolts of natural language processing using both Python/NLTK and R. Charlie Greenbacker (Director of Data Science at Altamira Technologies Corporation & co-organizer of DC NLP) and Tommy Jones (Research Associate Statistician at Institute for Defense Analyses - Science and Technology Policy Institute) will lead the Python and R bits, respectively. Abstracts and biographies will be posted soon.
