I am trying to expand our practice beyond 1 or 2 large clients and diversify our revenue sources. Our chief area of competence is in helping firms transform raw, disparate data into a leverage-able business asset.
I'm the Client Services Director at PNT Marketing Services, Inc. MY job includes both developing new business and managing the relationship we build to improve the overall size and quality of our customer portfolio. In particular, I am trying to diversify our client base away from some large legacy clients by standardizing our data methodologies and platforms in ways that allow us to scale our client base.
I've been working in banking and consulting for over 30 years, first at Citibank's NY Retail Bank for close to 20 years; for another 15 years as a consultant, primarily to banks, on leveraging their data more effectively to meet specific goals.
