I'm from the Bay Area, but am planning on moving to Chicago soon and am interested in seeing what's going on in chicago w/ data projects with an eye toward connecting science grad students up with younger students toward taking on community data-related projects.
enthusiasm, skills in founding new programs, skills in science and statistics education.
I'm really curious how to best support undergrad/grad students in science to track their own growth in skill development, so I've been getting excited recently about ways we can use visualization tools to help us really understand our improvement.
