Software familiarity: STATA, SAS, VBA, some R, some ArcGIS. Analytical capacity: PhD-level econometric and statistical familiarity for analyzing individual-level data. Policy familiarity: public education; early childhood education and childcare; and city and state social support policy. Institutional connections: knowledge of city stakeholders in education and child/family welfare, and connected to a network of academic and policy researchers.
