Hike the Wapack Trail to Binney Pond Natural Area

To be fair to the majority that are ready to hike on time, the hike starts promptly at 9:30AM. This hike is geared towards exercise. We'll hike at a steady & moderate pace, so you should be in good shape to attend this event. Distance is approx. 6.5 miles, duration 3+ hours total round trip, including a 1/2 hour break while enjoying the view @ Binney Pond Natural Area. We'll start on the Midstate Trail, bear left on the Stateline Trail, then take a left on the Wapack. (We won't be climbing Mt. Watatic). We'll meet at the Watatic Parking area on Rte. 119 Ashburnham located 1.4 miles west of Rte. 101. Look for the brown "Watatic Parking" signs on both sides of the road.
