Thank you for finding us:) We offer an eclectic mix of classes (gentle yoga, zumba, pilates, meditation) Please join us:) My gentle classes are Monday 4:10 & Thursday 5:15PM -Please check out our web site:) methuenyogamat.com Have a great night:) We also offer a nice playgroup for kids; your 7 yr old would be a bit older than our group, although he would be welcome to come:) The studio is a great place to run around, write on the chalk boards and play with our big Indian TEE PEE:) -
