Monthly workshops where single men can learn how to:
- Feel more confident in social/dating situations
- Meet women with similar interests
- Start conversations with women
- Confidently invite women on dates
- Have satisfying, relaxed first dates
- Communicate openly in dating situations
- Nurture a relationship from first date to long-term commitment
- Have fulfilling, passionate relationships
In these supportive therapy workshops, meet like-minded men, get moral support, explore and discard limiting beliefs, and practice interacting with women through role-play and drama therapy exercises*. You will get direct feedback, develop a better understanding of women, and acquire new insights into the female perspective.
*Shy men and those without theatre experience are welcome.
About the Facilitator: Jessica Engle, MA helps single men, socially anxious adults, and couples build satisfying relationships and happier lives. She is a graduate of the California Institute of Integral Studies, where she received an M.A. in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Drama Therapy. A registered Marriage Family Therapy Intern at the Living Arts Counseling Center in Oakland, CA, Jessica is supervised by Warren Randy McCommons, MFT #45485, RDT/BCT.
