3 or 6 Mile Conditioning Hike at Sugarcreek MetroPark

This  hike (6/10/14) will be lead by Rick Stamps. I will not be able to be there.

He can only do 6 miles though starting at 6 pm.

This will be a get outside and exercise fast paced (around 4 mph) 3, 6 or 9 mile hike. I'll do the green (3.1 miles) trail 3 times with 5 minute breaks in between. You can do the trail once, twice or three times. Bring water and be prepared for possible muddy areas. The whole thing should take about three hours at the most. Bring lighting for the 9 mile hike. If you want to join this hike but can't get there by 6pm, we will be taking a short break around 6:45 after the first 3 miles at the picnic area just past the main entrance to the park. If slower paced (3 mph minimum) hikers want to join this hike, I'll need someone to volunteer to be a "sweeper" so that all hikers are accounted for at all times.
