I am currently reading Essential Losses. It is helping me with my own losses; my lifemate, my home, place of residence, my job. I have gained more than I have lost. I have reconnected with my family of origin and we have mended our ways. So far they are not pushing religion at me. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Hi Claudia, I am new too. Haven't been to any meet ups yet. I am deeply spiritual, but avoid religion like the plague. Looking for socialization opportunities with people who are spiritual, but not into any religion or "god".
