Hi Joel,
I noticed you are a near-neighbor (I live in Darrtown). I'm wondering if you can comment on the level of fitness needed for this group vs the Hiking Club. I am just starting to whip myself into shape after a long, lazy winter, and would hate to hold people up. I'm wondering about the group culture-- if I am puffing along/ out of breath at mile 6 :), would it be okay for me to straggle to the finish line later than the rest of the gang? Don't want to put a damper on anyone's fun...
