Hi, my name is Kathleen. I've lived in Dayton for 7 years now. I used to hike frequently with my daughter, but as a teenager, she is no longer interested in hiking with her mom.
Do you enjoy backpacking or day hiking or both?
I prefer day hiking. I wouldn't have time for backpacking.
What do you enjoy most about backpacking or day hiking?
It is great for stress relief.
Where are your favorite areas for hiking in the Dayton area?
I live in southern Montgomery County so I hike most often at Sugarcreek Metro Park, Bill Yeck and Grant Nature.
Where are your favorite areas for backpacking or hiking outside of the Dayton area?
I love Oregon.
