Hi Steve! I checked out "Jackass Flats" (across from lot we met on RipRap). While it has occasional biker clientele, bar help says its more of a general pop place. They had a group of 32 bicycles few weeks ago. They do cookouts and music outside about June. There is a nice deal on Saturdays (going on now) where you get a good sized burger with fixings for $1 (cheese extra, as are chips or fries). For Laurel, they claim their pizza has a great rep. Nice meeting you!

Terry, cycling never winds down! Invitational rides occur through Oct. & local wkly rides are year round. Dayton Cycling Club is sponsoring the Wright Ride Sun. West Jefferson will host the Ox Ride Sep. 5th & Findlay will host the Hancock Horizontal Hundred Sep 12th. These events offer various loops. Hi Terry, One thousand miles is a good goal for me considering family and work. I have been down the bike paths to Corwin, Morrow etc many times. Look forward to riding with you.
