Introduction
Hey there! My name is Jessi and I just moved to Xenia. I love hiking and being outdoors and am hoping to meet some new people and learn some hiking spots in the area. Life without exploration and adventure is life not lived fully.
Do you enjoy backpacking or day hiking or both?
Both. I've been doing day hikes for as long as I can remember. I just recently did my first backpacking trip and hope to have more opportunities to.
What do you enjoy most about backpacking or day hiking?
Anything where I can be outdoors enjoying nature makes me happy. And I love the physical aspect of it.
Where are your favorite areas for hiking in the Dayton area?
I just moved here and haven't had much opportunity to explore, other than East Fork State Park. Which was lovely.
Where are your favorite areas for backpacking or hiking outside of the Dayton area?
Turkey Run State Park (IN). Muir Woods. Smuggler's Notch.
