Hi Sharon! I miss you and and the Tuesday night speedsters. Ever hear of the movie "My Left Foot". Plantar faciitis persists. Some improvement but every time I think I'm better I start hobbling around. I bought a night splint but it only works for a few minutes in the morning when I first stand up. Worst case I ever had and it won't quit. I'd rather be hiking!

Hi Sharon, this is Jaimie Bagwell, Dan's wife. I was wondering if you've heard from the boys @ all. I'm trying not worry about them, they seem well prepared. But Dan's dad is worrying and it's got me worrying because we haven't heard from them since they hit the trail on Monday. If you've heard from David or anyone, could you please let me know? Sharon, you are probably the strongest hiker I've ever met. The 44 mile day hike which included the Maryland Challenge was really no challenge at all for you....it was a walk in the park. (except when jogging)
