Unable to make it, insomnia last night. At least I had your shirt on today, got a compliment at the polls. Also informed I could not campaign at the poll. I pointed out this is for the November election, at that point they complimented the shirt. I assume that restriction is only for the current election. ;)

That's amazing you got to keep the shirt on David! I wore a Ronald Reagan shirt to my polling place a few years back and it caused a huge uproar - I had to leave my live ballot to go turn the shirt inside out before I could continue casting my ballot. A Ronald Reagan shirt! I asked the Registrar if she understood he had been dead for quite some time!! :-). Thanks for supporting us with the shirt!!!! We'll miss you this evening! Rest up indeed!!

Florida has no such restriction, Georgia does, state by state. Seems to be up to the local polling officials. Guess he was fine with the fact you are not on the ballot today. Some counties specifically say no campaigning for a specific candidate... seems to be a very broad law. In the future I'll just take off any political shirt, white T-shirt only. Some polling official could make a big scene or even call the police. In all honesty it may have some validity, leave it up to the polling officials is fine with me. Excessive laws... sigh.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
