Why not just switch the place? football = loud. I know it's kind of late, but maybe somewhere like  Hyvee or IHOP could be useful. I don't know of anywhere else with a meeting room... Don't mind helping you set up or whatever, but it's going to be kinda crazy if there's footballing going on.

Apparently, they use the back room for overflow on NIU football days--something that we've NEVER run into before! That said, I will be hustling to get over to Pizza Pros right after I get off work @ 6:30 PM to set up some tables & chairs for us, so hopefully we can get some space together that's just for us.
