If you want to learn to meditate to relax your mind and gain awareness of your thoughts then try out guided calm-abiding meditation, which helps develop a clear and peaceful state of mind.

The class starts with some instruction in calm abiding meditation, then we sit and meditate for 20 – 30 minutes. After a short break we do some more meditation for another 20 minutes.
