Buddhist Meditation on Main St, Santa Monica

The meditation practice we do is 'calm abiding' meditation through which we can develop a stable, clear and peaceful state of mind.

The session starts with twenty to thirty minutes of calm-abiding meditation, we then have a short break and then develop further our practice of calm abiding.

The meditation is easy to learn and some guidance can be given for beginners. More experienced meditators are also welcome.

There is no charge for the session but voluntary donations to cover the room hire are appreciated.

Cushions are provided.
