Sunday Morning Meditation on Main St.

Weekly group practice of Buddhist calm abiding meditation that leads to tranquility, stillness and being aware and grounded in the present moment. This is a drop in class, so do feel free to come when you can. Both experienced and beginner meditators are welcome.

The class is hosted by Paul who has over twenty years of experience in Buddhist meditation practice.
