How long since you took refuge (or mentally commited yourself to the Buddhist path)?

My spiritual development began at a early age when I knew iI was different. On into adulthood I have continued to focus on traditional paths, Native American, Buddhist, Tibet

What Buddhist tradition do you practice?

That is a very subjective question and can be answered in 100 different ways. however meditation is a daily practice and well as words, thoughts and deeds.

What would be the most satisfying way for us to spend our time together?

a natural way - how the energy flows at that moment - being in the moment
