RE: [skeptics-192] New Meetup: Criminal Justice in the U.S. - What purpose does it serve, and should it serve?

What if at the meeting I would say something like, "I thought President Bush was our greatest President since the late great President Reagan."  Or how about, "I love and adore the beautiful Sarah Palin and think that Barack Hussein Obama is the most dangerous person ever elected President."  Would I be labelled a stupid racist, relentlessly attacked for being so politically incorrect?  I an assure you that I do not live in a trailor park somewhere in rural Alabama.  In fact, being a Jew and proud of it, I do not even believe in JESUS.
