I have been meditating for many years.
I am interested in spiritual growth and development. I use the Body Meditation Practice to facilitate a continual healing of my heart, body, mind, and spirit. Through the meditation practice I witness the process and acknowledge the awakening that is unfolding for humanity. I am elated to be part of it.
