Introduction to Meditation

Geshe Kyab gives basic instructions on how to meditate, followed by a simple guided meditation practice. This is a great way to learn more about meditation and begin your own meditation practice at home!

The path to happiness, compassion, and enlightenment begins with proper meditation practice. Meditation will have a profound impact on your mental, emotional, and physical health. Learn authentic meditation techniques from a fully qualified Lama, and then practice together in an enjoyable group setting. All levels, backgrounds, and faiths are welcome! This is one of our most popular classes, especially for new students.

This ongoing class is open to all levels!

This class usually meets on the second Saturday of each month. Please consult our calendar before coming to the Center at and click on Calendar.
