Well this is the workshop for you.
Over 4 Satuday in January, the 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th I will teach beginner photographers all about their cameras.
I will cover:
On the 9th. 10:00am to 1:00pm
What all the symbol mean, the parts of the camera, the menus in the camera and good accessories to have.
We will also discuss how to take better looking photographs, and tool to help you do that. I then will give a homework assignment to help reenforce the workshop lessons.
on the 16th, 10:00am to 1:00pm
a recap of the 9th, review the homework, answer all the questions that the homework caused and teach more about the camera and composition.
on the 23rd, FIELD TRIP. 9:00am to 1:00pm
The workshop will meet at Longwood Garden to start putting into practice all that we talked about in the prior two weeks. I will teach how to take basic portraits, close ups and landscape photographs.
on the 30th, 10:00am to 1:00pm
I will cover getting your images out of the camera and into the computer. I will also show how with a few simple step and inexpensive software, you can edit your photos and make them works to be proud of.
