Nature Journaling

May 1st | The Art of Spring: Nature Journaling | 1 p.m.- 3 p.m. | Ages 6 & Up* Noted Wyck family member, Reuben Haines III was a naturalist who traveled and kept records of his nature discoveries. Rich with the buds of spring, Wyck proves to be a setting that relaxes and inspires. With the art of spring surrounding students, they will learn the art and science of creating a nature journal, recording their favorite, fascinating specimens. As the students use their creative side to create a journal and sketch the natural items of their choice, they will use scientific side record descriptions and stories that will natural expose a curiosity to learn more.
