Topic – Investing in Multi-Family buildings

Jeff Grant has a background in engineering, construction and real estate inspection. As owner of GAC Associates, Inc. he has served the commercial real estate industry on behalf of regional and national mortgage lenders for over 25 years. At the nudge of a colleague he started investing in 2001.

As owner of Pickett Properties, Jeff has been involved in real estate investing for 12 years. Starting with row homes in Upper Darby he accumulated a portfolio of 28 houses over a 4 year period. In 2005 he sold 3 houses and bought an 18 unit apartment community in Collingdale. He continued to sell single family homes and today owns 2 additional apartment communities in Lansdowne for a total of 84 units under management.
