Let's meet up and cook together!


In our next class we are going to learn how to: 

- Make TOFU crunchy on the outside and hot and moist on the inside! 

- You will also learn how to make a sauce to go with it that is finger licking good!

- As promised, you will also learn how to make a deliciously healthy breakfast granola that is inexpensive, crunchy and energizing.

- You'll also learn another delicious smoothy recipe!

- And lastly a decadent dessert that is delicious & healthy.

For each recipe, "Chef" Naas will invite 2 participants to cook on either side of him, so if you are "game" let him know that you'd be available to help cook!

When you arrive you'll get to taste one of Naas' new Curry recipes: "Mung Bean Curry" - Let him know what you think of it!

It's going to be a lot of fun and you'll get to eat some really tasty and healthy food! 

Time will be allotted for Q&A

Cost: Free, but donations will be accepted and used to help a local family with groceries from SPROUTS.
