Join us for some fun

There are camping groups and there are wheeling groups, but none that do both on a regular basis. Just looking for people interested in planning some nice off-road trips that also want to spend the weekend camping in these areas. These trips do not need to be highly organized and set to some rigid schedule. If you want to sleep in, fine; if you want to hike, fine; if you want to explore the vehicle trails, great. The main goal is to get a group together that likes to explore the off-road trails and find great places to camp that are not accessible to non-4wd owners. There are also no vehicle requirements, although I will post the trail rating when trips are scheduled to make sure that everyone knows what to expect. This group will not focus on hardcore trails that are beyond the capabilities of most vehicles. Oh yeah, the camping is free in many of these places. This group promotes the responsible and sustainable use of our natural resources.
