Why do you want to be a member of this group?

My attitude is, I don't have competitors, I have collaborators. Well, except GeekSquad. I shall crush them! I'm looking for other IT people to network with for the purpose of growing our businesses. New products, new services, potential partnerships.

What are your area(s) of expertise relating to Information Technology?

People, the forgotten element when it comes to computers. If you can't deal with people, your computer expertise is useless.

In what ways would you like to contribute to the group?

I consider myself an expert on the residential side. I know how to market, and I know how to make customers happy. My numbers speak for themselves. I have a customer base of about 1000 clients. I did a lot of print advertising my first year, but now I survive primarily on repeat business, and word of mouth.
