The purpose of this meet up group is twofold. First, every Information Technology professional has their individual strengths. Together we can combine our strengths to build business alliances. When we receive that question from a client that we just can't answer, we can turn to each other’s experiences as a resource. If there is a job we just can't perform, we can pass that business along to a more qualified professional in that area of expertise. Together we can strengthen our own businesses as well as each others. Second, let's help each other to build written processes for our businesses. We all perform the same tasks over and over again. Let's put our heads together to build solid, well though-out repeatable processes to create more efficiency within our own businesses and faster delivery times for our clients. We'll share our experiences that turned into nightmares and what we learned to avoid them. We'll share what works well time and time again to create more predictable results.
