This is a total body workout designed especially for cyclists. It contains strength, core and cardio segments. It is designed to take your cycling to the next level and makes cycling a total body workout. Check the Feb. & March on the DBTC & DFC calender's to see the comments about this class. The people who took this class last year improved immensely. The 1st 2 weeks it will be held in Cheeseman Park with a 45 minute ride to follow. The 2nd 2 weeks it will be held in Crescent Park between the Childrens Museum and the football stadium. The rides will increase in distance and intensity as the class progresses.
