Hello! I'm a consultant helping MSP's, IaaS, and SaaS firms improve their customer service and support interfaces. I'm an expert in process improvement and strategic management systems in service businesses.
Does your business currently use Cloud Computing, & if so, how?
My last business had ALL its applications in the cloud--e-mail, SharePoint portal, and reservation system.
Have you developed any Cloud-based applications, & if so, what?
I managed two third parties that developed and integrated APIs that connected our reseravtion system to our customer website/mobile app environment.
What would you like to learn / discuss at these meetups?
I'd like to connect with people working in this space and understand their challenges providing technologies as a service. The cloud represents a sea change on how developers interact directly or indirectly with end-user customers, and many are unaccustomed to how this works.
