I enjoy cooking for friends and have taken some home cook classes at the Culinary School of the Rockies (CSR) and Cook Street School of Fine Cooking. I'm planning to take a professional course at CSR starting in January!
Right now I'm torn between Fruition and Rioja, both in Denver. My all-time favorite is Alice Waters' restaurant "Chez Panisse" in Berkley, CA.
I'm a fan of fish -- a nice halibut or sea bass usually catches my attention on a menu.
I'm new to Denver and as a food lover and avid cook, I enjoy trying restaurants in my new city.
