“ this was my 1st meeting so the only expectation I had was to see how such a gathering worked. i didn't speak as much as I had hoped but tried my best. perhaps we could do rounds where each person has a chance to speak at whatever level they do. in Thursday's meeting, 1 or 2 tended to dominate but I know some of that is because they felt more confident than others. perhaps they could encourage and support rather than run with things. i may suggest this at the next meeting. are these meetings every other Thurs.?
