Diann is graciously hosting a Spanish conversation meetup (in conjunction with the Denver Free Spanish Network). Our group ranges from beginner, intermediate, advanced, and native speakers, so all are welcome. Come see old friends and meet new ones! Some quick facts: 1) Meetings are from 7:30pm-10pm. It's very informal, meaning you can come at any time during those hours. We always ask members to please not show up any earlier than 7:30pm and be sure to be conscientious about leaving by 10pm. 2) Hosts are never obligated to provide food or beverages - if you wish, bring a beverage with you. Our gracious hosts provide hospitality; some ambitious guests bring food or beverages to share with others, but that is never required. 3) We average between 8 and 30 people at Denver Free Spanish Network meetings that are designated as meetups. You're always welcome to bring friends with you. 4) If you want a complete listing of all Denver Free Spanish Network meetings, make a check out to Isobel McGowan at the address listed at http://spanish.meetu p.com/22/venue/?venu eId=101241&event Id=5762486&past= 1&pop=1

The Aquirre family has been offering great food at Rosa Linda’s for over 25 years and they have won countless awards for their stupendous food. And just for us, they are offering $3 Mexican beer, $3 margaritas, and $3 sangria -- with an array of great finger food! But don't forget about their incredible food! Check it out at: http://www.rosalinda smexicancafe.com They are one of the true hidden treasures of Denver. My favorite meal is the veggie combo with green chile salsa, but the combo is a whole lot more than most people want to eat! Three generations of the family make the meals and serve the customers. La Reina de la Casa, Rosa Linda, in usually in the kitchen making every meal. Enjoy it while you can! You won’t be disappointed. Rosa Linda's 2005 W 33rd Avenue Denver, CO 80211 (303) 455-0608 They are located just a few blocks north of Speer and Zuni. There is plenty of free parking on the street. Once inside, just look for a large group of people in the main room speaking Spanish and having fun. Our group ranges from beginner, intermediate, advanced, and native speakers, so all are welcome. Come see old friends and meet new ones! Some quick facts: 1) It's very informal, meaning you can come at any time. 2) Be prepared to spend a little money since we are at a public restaurant 3) We average between 8 and 30 people at Denver Free Spanish Network meetings that are designated as meetups. You're always welcome to bring friends with you. 4) If you want a complete listing of all Denver Free Spanish Network meetings, make a check out to Isobel McGowan at the address listed at http://spanish.meetu p.com/22/venue/?venu eId=101241&event Id=5762486&past= 1pop=1

Johnathan is organizing a weekly event in southeast Aurora. Here's the info: Come speak a little Spanish on the south side.. of Aurora, that is! We will be meeting at a cozy, local area Starbucks. All, from newbies to hablantes nativos, are welcome, and all are encouraged to contribute to the conversation. We will (y cuando yo digo nosotros, quiero decir yo) have activities to stimulate conversation, y su memoria de palabras. We'll have coffee, Spanish, pastries and cool people. Que mas necesitas? For this week, piensar en su año favorito (think about your favorite year). Que paso y por que recuerdas? Note: The Starbucks is located on the northwest corner of Smoky Hill Road and Chambers Road.
