The Aquirre family has been offering great food at Rosa Linda’s for over 25 years and they have won countless awards for their stupendous food. And just for us, they are offering $3 Mexican beer, $3 margaritas, and $3 sangria -- with an array of great finger food!

They are one of the true hidden treasures of Denver. My favorite meal is the veggie combo with green chile salsa, but the combo is a whole lot more than most people want to eat! Three generations of the family make the meals and serve the customers. La Reina de la Casa, Rosa Linda, in usually in the kitchen making every meal. Enjoy it while you can! We're having a Wednesday Spanish Meetup where we mail out the calendar to the Denver Free Spanish Network members. We are meeting at Cafe Caliente. They have a great patio, serve beer and wine, and light food. So do come prepared to spend a couple of bucks.
