We will meet at 10:30am to start the grill, and the kids will arrive at 12pm. Please indicate in your RSVP what you would like to bring (we need hamburgers, hot digs, buns, salad, fruit, drinks) . We should plan for about 35-40 kids and 10-15 staff. Please indicate in your RSVP what dish you are bringing so that we can make sure we have enough and varied food for the kids.
If you are bringing a ready-to-serve dish, you do not need to be there at 10:30am - we need the people who will bring and cook the meat to be there at 10:30am; the rest can come between 11 and 11:30am.
