Monthly Dinner Club-Restaurant Week!!!

Hi Ladies,

It is time for our February Monthly Dinner Club! This one is extra special because it falls during Restaurant Week! Reservations are hard to come by during this 2 week feasting bonanza and most restaurants either don't seat groups or seat groups but with a prepaid reservation. Also, we will only be able to do one group of 8. So for this one, prepayment is required. We will be dining at Vesta Dipping Grill. This is one of my favorites and the restaurant week menu is great. It is a super fun place and I'm so excited we snagged a spot! See the menu choices below. Your cost covers your 3 course dinner with tax and gratuity. Drinks will be on your own. I hope you'll join us for this super fun monthly dinner club!



World grill cuisine, ethnic entrees and exotic dipping sauces served in a funky, friendly, and totally unique environment. Vesta has been voted as one of the "Top 25 Restaurants in Denver" by 5280 magazine and has appeared on the Food Network including Rachel Ray’s “Tasty Travels” in May of 2006.

Second Course Appetizer Options (choose one):

  • Tarragon poached Shrimp Cocktail, Creole Mustard Slaw, Polenta Croutons
  • Spicy Crispy Duck, Pickled Daikon, Hoisin Sauce, Sesame Rice Crackers
  • Hazel Dell Mushroom Spring Roll, Apples, Arugula, Goat Cheese Fondue


Third Course Entrée Options (choose one):

  • Basil Grilled Chicken, Parmesan Risotto, Spinach, Roasted Mushrooms, Spicy Bacon Vinaigrette --- dipping sauces: red pepper rica rouille, serrano hot sauce, pineapple pedy marmalade
  • Porcini Grilled Flat-Iron Steak, Truffle Roasted Red Potatoes, Marinated Asparagus, Caramelized Onion Creme Fraiche --- dipping sauces: black pepper aioli, dried berry chutney, roasted corn sauce
  • Achiote Grilled Mahi Mahi, Smoked Black Beans, Avocado, Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes --- dipping sauces: salsa verde, spicy ancho, mango poblano salsa
  • Coconut Masala Grilled Tofu, Pistachio-Apricot rice, Cucumber Raita, Green Harissa Sauce --- dipping sauces: sweet chili ginger, peanut, indonesian chili sauce


Fourth Course Dessert Options (choose one):

  • Dark Chocolate Mousse, Rum Glazed Berries, White Chocolate Biscotti
  • Meyer Lemon Whoopie Pie, Blueberry Ice Cream, Candied Almonds
