Come join us for an hour for an open-ended question/answer session about buying your first home in Denver. As a real estate agent and a mortgage specialist that have been in your shoes and offer help and information to first-time buyers – we’ll have the answers to prepare you to own a home in 2009. By the way, our intent is a low-key, non-threatening environment. Nobody is selling anything so don't worry. The goal of the sessions is for people new to the world of home buying to ask their own questions and become prepared to purchase their own home. Come meet others that are also thinking about purchasing in Denver and see how their first-time experiences are going. Sometimes it's just nice to know there are other people out there doing the same thing – come share you experience and hear those of other house virgins.

Meetings will have a variety of central topics that include – the steps of the home buying process, different types of mortgage loans, assistance programs, knowing what to look for in a neighborhood, What goes in to writing an offer, what to know when previewing homes, home care and maintenance and more. Each session will be about an hour long and our goal is for members to walk away with a better understanding of the topic and know all of their options.

It’s a free session open to anybody and everybody who is interested in knowing more and/or contributing information about the topic. Stay tuned as different session will have different locations around metro Denver with different topics to discuss.
