Everything has energy and we are able to sense it when we are near people and the environment around us. Energy can be felt as one enters a room, and it can be interpreted from what is felt as inviting or not. The energy field around the body is called the Aura and it can be seen, felt and interpreted to identify someone's emotional, physical, and spiritual state. Chelsea will discuss how to understand what you feel in your environment and the people around you.
