We will meet in a workshop setting and explore the various strategies to buy, fix, keep or flip real estate. Each workshop will be led by an experienced investor who shares their real-life story including transparent disclosure of their successful and not so successful investments.

Our objective is to provide an open forum for participants to learn, question, brainstorm and offer support and encouragement to anyone who has a desire to know more about purchasing real estate as a wealth builder.

We are just beginning the process, but our vision and plan is to meet each month at a different investment property. We will examine as many types of investment strategies as possible, discussing and providing transparency to both the benefits and risks.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We are not selling tapes or seminars nor do we practice high pressure salesmanship. This group will engage in a collaborative effort to learn the ins and outs of real estate investing on a personal level with experienced and active investors.
